2025 Virtual Conference Presentation Form

To complete this form, please fill out the required sections including submission of a minimum of 40-45 minute presentation that will be used for the SHAPEWV spring virtual conference. All submissions meeting content, time, and presentation requirements will be accepted. Submitted presentations may be re-used in future virtual SHAPEWV conferences. It is the submitters responsibility to ensure any adults or children in submission presentations have provided proper permissions to be in SHAPEWV virtual conference presentations.

Should your submission not be accepted, you will be notified by conference organizers. 

Requirements:

1. Audience: PK-12th grade educators

2. Duration: 40-60 minutes

3. Content Focus: Program details, practical tips, demonstrations, lesson ideas, educational insights, or career inspiration related to your field.

4. Format: Pre-recorded video with high-quality visuals and sound (can be shot on a phone, tablet, or professional camera). 

5. Submission: 

1. Upload/save your recorded presentation to the video platform service of your choice (i.e. YouTube) as an unlisted video.

2. Copy and paste the shared video or access link in last section on this form; include any passcodes if applicable; viewing access to presentation required through May 1, 2025 minimum.

3. It is the submitter’s responsibility to ensure any adults or children in submission presentations have provided proper permissions to be in SHAPEWV virtual conference presentations.  

4. Deadline to submit form: March 1, 2025.
