Spring 2026 SHAPEWV Virtual Conference
Join us online March 1–April 1, 2026 for an engaging, flexible, and accessible professional development experience designed for Health and Physical Education professionals across PK–12 and higher education. The Spring 2026 Virtual Conference features practical sessions, innovative teaching ideas, technology-enhanced strategies, and ready-to-use resources you can bring directly into your classroom or program.

How Do I Register?

Attending the SHAPEWV Spring 2026 Virtual Conference is simple!

Step 1: Register for the Conference

Visit the Meeting Page and complete the conference registration form. After you register through SHAPEWV, you will receive a confirmation email from SHAPEWV. Please check your email that you used to sign up! 

Step 2: Register for Concord University Credit (Optional)

After completing your conference registration, you will receive a confirmation email from SHAPEWV with instructions on how to register through Concord University if you plan to earn graduate credit. You must register through ShapeWV first, and then in the confirmation email from SHAPEWV, you will find the Concord Registration form. Concord will not directly reach out to you. 

Step 3: Access the Conference Website

The conference site officially opened on March 1 and will remain available through April 1, 2026. You will have full access to all sessions during this time.

Conference Course Access will be sent via confirmation email. You must register for the conference to get access to the course.  

When entering the course, you will be asked to provide your email address. Please use the same email address you registered for the conference with. You will receive a 6-digit verification code to that email. Enter the code when prompted. Once verified, you will have full access to the course content.
